Induction

Induction is when the teacher or someone showing you what to do and welcoming you into there school or work place.We had three principals come and talk to us about what there schools do about induction and if it is important to have a induction program.I think personally that we dont really need and induction program because some students dont like being introduced in front of the whole class.I know that i wouldn't want to be in the situation when everyone is looking at you so that is the reason why i dont think we should have and induction program.But that is just my personal comment on that and I would like to thank girls high and Pukete primary schools principals for coming and talking to us and we have learnt alot from what use told us about and that i know now what induction means
